Under the auspices of HRH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Bank Albilad was honored in the ceremony organized lately by the Saudi Company for Research and Publishing and the Iqtisadiya Newspaper to hand the awards to the winners. Bank Albilad has won the third position as the best work environment and the first position for ladies in the Top 10 Saudi JSCs. The awards were received by Mr. Naser Al-Subaei member of the board of Bank Albilad who represented the bank in the event with other bank dignitaries.

Al-Subaei thanked HRH Prince Faisal for patronizing the ceremony and said, "The auspices of HRH of such event adds up to supporting the efforts aimed at upgrading work environment of the Saudi enterprises and improving work conditions for employees, men and women, which leads to increasing productive, competitive, innovative and development capabilities".

"Contests of this nature tend to yield ideal work environments where employees enjoy stable work conditions that help them to increase their productivity and enhance their loyalty, thereby realizing the best revenues for the installation,' he added.

It is note-worthy that as at the end of 2007 the total number of the bank's employees was 1978 with a Saudization percentage of 76%.
