We are looking to get our customers’ satisfaction by receiving their suggestions and complaints. As we know the importance of customers’ satisfaction and we consider that the complaint is one of his rights and we are dealing with it based on this ( Put yourself in Customer’s place ). We are looking and working to improve our services to be in best level which be compatible with customers’ rights.

Finding the suitable solutions for all customers’ complaints and it occurrences .
Looking forward to decrease the period of solving complaints. 
Working to achieve the best service to get customer’s satisfaction.

Our Concern

Receiving customer’s complaint through our multiple channels 
( Face to face – Telephone – E-mail – Fax ).
Provide the customer with the reference of complaint by sending SMS to his mobile.
Following up to make sure that the customer’s complaint has been solved in correct way.
Contacting the customer within a week from the date of receiving the complaint, or inform him with the status of his complaints within 10 working days.
