For Bank AlBilad Customers
 
 To take advantage of AlBilad Phone Services, you need to visit the nearest Bank AlBilad ATM to activate Electronic Channels Services and confirm your mobile number then call our toll free number to complete the registration process through the following steps
 
  • Call toll-free 920 001 002 or direct number 011 291 8884 (direct number are used for mobile or outside kingdom) 
  • Select “Registration Service” ​
  • Please enter the following information according to IVR instruction; 
          1 - ATM card number (16 digits) 
          2 - ATM PIN code (4 digits)
          3 - Account number (15 digits)
          4 - National ID/Iqama number (10 digits)
 
  • Once the above information are correctly entered, IVR will start PIN assignment process; therefore, choose IVR PIN contains 4 digits different than ATM PIN and renter the same IVR PIN. 
  • An SMS contains activation code will be sent to your mobile number that is registered in our record; please enter this code to complete your registration process. 
  • ​IVR will provide you the user number to use for AlBilad Phone Services.

  • Cooperate with the Bank staff when verifying certain personal details. 
  • Never reveal your password to any one whomsoever, be it a friend, or a bank colleague. 
  • Select a PIN that is difficult to guess or identify; never use your private commonly used names or numbers that may be easily guessed, such as phone number, P. O. Box number, date of birth, or employee number. 
  • Do not use serial upward (1234), downward (4321) or repeated numbers
  • Change your PIN whenever you are in doubt that someone may have had access to it. 
  • It is advisable to change your PIN from time to time and regularly. 
  • Be sure that activation codes that you received either through SMS or Token are  sent to you based on your usage electronic channel services; therefore, if you received any activation codes without you using electronic channel please report it immediately by calling toll-free number 800 123 0000 or    
  • ​It is strongly recommended not to use telephone sets with “dialed number memory”   feature when you call AlBilad Phone banking, because any one can redial the last number you called and see your PIN. Therefore, after you finish your call with Bank AlBilad enter any number to delete your PIN from the phone memory.
