Bank Albilad has introduced a number of advanced digital products aiming at improving customer experience, namely in terms of ease of use and time-effectiveness. With "Digital Account" service, the customer can open current account from any place without the need to visits branches, provide any document or provide physical signatures.The Bank also provides all (Saudis and non-Saudis) customers with an automatic service to renew expired ID without the need to visit branches or provide any ID documentsز Represented by its remittance arm, ENJAZ, the Bank has also launched a network of self-service machines, Key KIOSK, the most advanced service of money transfer lunched by ENJAZ, which enables all customers to digitally transfer money to all countries within minutes.
The Bank has also launched the new version of the"Mobile App", a smart phone application which enables customers to perform all their banking transactions in a friendly-user and secure manner. Moreover, the Bank has launched "Albilad Digital Card", a prepaid card providing the customer with an easy and secure way to pay for purchases online. The card is linked to the customer's current account and can be easily funded through transfer from the current account to the digital card account through "Albilad Net" or "Albilad Mobile App". The customer can obtain the card immediately through Albilad Net, where he can choose the card's type (color). Once issued, the card can be used for online shopping. Bank Albilad has recently launched "Mada Pay", a payment service for Bank Albilad cards (Mada, Tamkeen, credit cards, prepaid cards), which enables customers to pay for their purchases easily and securely using their smart phones through NFC connection, where payment can be paid by passing the smart phone in front of the POS reader. Sometimes, the cardholder may be required to enter the PIN to enhance the security level for purchases above SAR100. The service can be used internationally at any place in the world.
