IN VIEW OF COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY PROGRAMS,

BANK ALBILAD HOLDS FIRST AID COURSE FOR ITS AMBASSADORS IN COOPERATION WITH THE RED CRESCENT AUTHORITY

Bank Albilad held "first-aids" course for its ambassadors in cooperation with the Red Crescent Authority in order to enable them to learn first-aid basic steps to be able to take action for any critical situation and how to deal with patient until the medical team arrives and then transporting them to the nearest medical center. The course includes a practical training on first aid steps so that it played a vital  role  in order to correct common mistakes of any suffocation (being deprived of oxygen)or health crisis. This is an extension of Bank Albilad's initiatives aimed at serving the community and within the Bank's keenness to raise awareness among its ambassadors.

Mr. ABDULMOHSIN ALMULHIM, the General Manager of Marketing and Communications and General Supervisor of Community Responsibility Programs said: "Bank Albilad's initiative arises from its sign of responsibility towards its society generally and its ambassadors in particular, in addition to the importance of raising health awareness and guidance in the community in all its categories and classes. In addition, its keenness to achieve Saudi Vision 2030 with respect to creating healthy society that have healthy awareness. Mr. ABDULMOHSIN ALMULHIM added: "This initiative is an extension of those offered by Bank Albilad throughout the year according to its prepared annual program, noted to engage its ambassadors in such activities  and aimed at serving the community. "

It is noteworthy that this initiative comes as part of Bank Albilad's efforts to serve the place where it operates its businesses under the umbrella of # Albilad Mobadar program, under which the Bank's social responsibility initiatives are included of more than 36 programs and initiatives for community serving. One of the most prominent results is (Fazkorouni) application for smart phones of more than Two million and five hundred thousand users, in addition to prepare a model branch for serving people with special needs; in addition to issue sign  language dictionary for banking terms,  which is considered the first of its kind in the Middle East as well as many innovative community initiatives with a sustainable impact. Bank Albilad seeks the environmental protection by applying the most important aspects of environment friendly building standards in the entire bank utilities including insulation and construction materials that contribute reducing energy use and using clean energy sources. Bank Albilad also participates annually in the World Earth Hour program to raise awareness of the importance of reducing carbon emissions and their dangers on the earth and the Marine Dumping Initiative.
