The agreement was signed by Bank Albilad, represented by Mr. Bandar Al-Ghamdi, General Manager of Assets in Retail Banking, and by the Ministry of Housing, represented by Eng. Abdullah bin Saeed, supervisor of institutional housing, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Jarbou, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SABIC, Vice Chairman and CEO of SABIC, Mr. Yousef Al-Bunyan, and a number of senior officials and executives, at the headquarters of SABIC in Riyadh
