Bank Albilad has won the “Best Customer Experience” award, which was presented by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing during the “Sakani” Forum, under the sponsorship and in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Saud Bin Talal Bin Badr, the Deputy Minister for Customer Experience and Beneficiary Services at the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing. The bank was presented this award due to its contribution to supporting the real estate sector in the Kingdom and the continued major role it plays in meeting the real estate needs of citizens. The bank aims at providing various communication platforms and advanced systems to improve customer experience and provide customers with all services offered by Bank Albilad easily and promptly, in continuation of the leading role the bank plays in providing innovative and advanced experience to its valued customers.
The award was presented to Bank Albilad in appreciation of its efforts to support the real estate sector in the Kingdom and the continued role it plays in meeting the real estate needs of citizens through the various real estate financing programs the bank offers to its customers, for the customer to purchase or build the desired property. This is part of the package of multiple programs and benefits offered in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, the Real Estate Development Fund, and the National Housing Company.
Bank Albilad also signed an agreement with the National Housing Company to finance customers electronically through the “Sakani” platform. The agreement aims at providing new technical solutions to facilitate customer experience through obtaining financing electronically, without having to visit the branch. Mr. Fahad Al Hanaya, the Head of the Branch Network Division, signed the agreement on behalf of Bank Albilad, while Engineer Marwan Zawawi, the Vice President of Real Estate Investment and Development, signed on behalf of the National Housing Company.
In commenting on the award, Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Mohammed Al Onaizan, the CEO of Bank Albilad, stated that “Customer experience has become a very important thing at all companies and establishments in the commercial and governmental sector. The banking sector is one of the major competitive markets in improving the experience of valued customers through providing a number of channels contributing to the creation of a unique and distinctive experience”. Al Onaizan also added that “Bank Albilad will continue to offer all of the available platforms to communicate with our valued customers, reinforce the bank’s role as a leading entity in digital banking, and provide innovative solutions that contribute to improving customer experience and facilitate the acquisition of the appropriate residence. In this regard, Bank Albilad aims to support the development of the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which represents an important focal point of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030”.
