Bank Albilad launched the decreasing flexible mortgage financing for military personnel as a part of a wide range of financing solutions to fulfill all the needs of military personnel. Customers can be granted military real estate financing until the age of 70 AH, instead of the retirement date by the military rank. The flexible mortgage financing is also calculated in two parts: Part One: the customer's monthly income on the job until the retirement age by the military rank, Part Two: on the basis of the customer's retirement wage, where the installment will be reduced to commensurate with the customer's post retirement wage. The military personnel can also benefit from different financing and buyout programs to access to financing aimed at owning or constructing the property desired by the customer. 

The objective of launching such initiative is to offer eligible military personnel to access to a larger real estate funding through the decreasing flexible mortgage financing and to provide all facilities and services to our valiant soldiers. The military personnel can take advantage from this initiative through the following products (purchasing a property; villa, apartment, and plot, self-construction, or off-plan sales).
