Bank Albilad launched its digital branch in Riyadh, in front of Riyadh, with a unique digital experience and the first of its kind, as part of the bank’s strategy in serving its valued customers in all regions of the Kingdom. The launch of the branch was attended by Mr. Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Anizan, CEO of Bank Albilad, and Engineer Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Bati, CEO of the National Housing Company.

During the launch, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Anizan, CEO of Bank Albilad said: “Bank Albilad Digital Branch is a unique digital model in the banking sector to improve the experience of our valued customers by providing services and products that suit their needs and requirements, designed in an innovative digital way. The branch is to provide advanced technical services, including VR Service that allows viewing the designs of the house or property provided by the National Housing Company from inside and outside in detail. This helps customers choose their house easily. This in addition to the interactive service that enables the customer to communicate visually with a professional team of male and female ambassadors who provide him with all products and services and answer his inquiries. The branch also provides the E-Shopping Service, which is a platform that enables the customer to take advantage of all the valuable offers and discounts from international and local stores.”
