Solar System in Albilad Tower


Bank Albilad launched a new environmental initiative by establishing a Solar System in Albilad Tower, distributed over an area of 1743 square meters. This initiative is regarded as one of the largest initiatives to use renewable and sustainable energy to preserve the environment, which significantly assist in supplying Albilad Tower with clean energy that would reduce environmentally harmful carbon emissions and reduce consumption costs.

This initiative will have positive impact on the environment through: 


  • Providing more than 80,000 liters of fuel per annum. 
  • Reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 194 tons per annum.
  • Reducing nitrogen and sulfur oxides emission at a rate of 1872 kilograms per annum.
