​As a part of our social responsibility towards members of our community, we have introduced many initiatives for people with visually impairment to do their financial transactions and to facilitate the fulfillment of their banking needs at Bank Albilad.

Community initiatives towards people with visually impairment

  •  Disability accessible Branch (Takhasusi Branch)
We have equipped the branch with all the necessary capabilities to serve customer with visually impairment, facilitating the easy implementation of all banking operations.
The branch contains the following services:
    • Guiding paths
    • Adaptation of ATM machine for visually impairment
    • Braille printer to print bank documents
    •  Voice guidance device

  • Adaptation of ATM machine for the visually impairment customer:
ATM machines contain protrusions on the keyboard, and a program for reading voice commands with the ability to hide the screen. Such machines enable the visually impairment customer to carry out basic banking transactions. In addition, they have guiding paths that start from the entrance of the branch to the ATM machine that is equipped to serve the visually impairment customer.
