Terms and conditions for minors digital account opening
- The customer age should be between 15 to 18 (Hijri Calendar)
- Valid ID/ Iqama number for minor customer
- A national address for minor customer
- Valid ID/ Iqama number for the guardian of the minor customer
- A national address for the guardian of the minor customer
- Guardian’s approval through Absher or by authenticating the request at the nearest Bank Albilad ATM where fingerprint authentication is available

How can I open a current account through Albilad App?- Go to Albilad App
- Choose "Join Us"
- Choose "Open a new bank account" and then "Get started"
- Fill in the account opening form
- Authenticate the account opening request through IAM Service/Absher or at Albilad ATM that supports fingerprint
- Your account will be created immediately

How can I request the printed Mada Card after I open my new account online?
- Login to Albilad App or Albilad Net
- Create new PIN for mada virtual card and click on “Set Card PIN”
- Go to “My Cards” in main menu and choose “mada Card”
- Click on the picture of mada virtual card
- Click on “Request Physical mada Card”
- Click “Confirm”
- The card will be issued and delivered to you within 5-7 business days.
How can I activate my Albilad net account?
Once you successfully open your account, you will receive an SMS with a link to register in Albilad net. Click on the link or click here and follow these steps: - Click on Register for Albilad Net Tap
- Enter your ID number and mobile number
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
- Choose a username and password
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
- Your Albilad Net account will be activated immediately
Once I receive my mada debit card, how can I activate it?You can activate your card at the nearest Bank Albilad ATM or via Albilad Net. Just follow these steps: - Log in to Albilad Net and select Cards from the main menu. Then click on Debit Card
- Click on Activate Card and fill in the required information
- Click on Confirm
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number
- Once activated, you’ll receive a confirmation message
If I don't have an Absher account, How do I authenticate my current account opening using the fingerprint ATM?
- Visit nearest Albilad ATM that support fingerprint. To find the nearest fingerprint ATM follow this link
- Click on E-Services on ATM screen
- Click on Account Activation
- Enter your ID
- Enter the OTP code sent to your mobile phone
- Select which hand you will use
- Apply your fingerprint as instructed on the screen
- Your account is now activated
How Can I open a supplementary account through Albilad App?- Log in to Albilad App
- Go to Products then “Accounts”
- Choose "Current Account” then “Request Additional Account”
- Fill in the required information
- Authenticate the request by entering the code sent to your mobile number
- A new current account has been created successfully

- From Home, choose “Request Bank Products”
- Choose “Supplementary Account”
- Fill in the required information

What security settings can I change on my online checking account?From your digital current account from Bank Albilad, you can retrieve the login information, change the username of Albilad Net, prepare a 4-digit transaction password to be used in some transactions, and reset the transaction password. In addition to the possibility of setting security questions for more security, as well as modifying these questions later.
