Now our customers can update their information digitally without the need to visit the branch. This service facilitates updating all customer information (personal information, financial information, and National Address) through Albilad digital channels at any time​

What are the customer segments that can update their information through digital channels? 

All Saudi and non-Saudi customers who have a valid ID or Iqmah and a valid national address

What are the channels that offer this service?

The customers can update their information through Albilad App or Albilad net

When can customers update their information digitally?

Customers can update their personal and financial Information anytime

Will customers receive any notification to update their information?

Yes, customers will receive 2 notifications:
  • 1st Notification:60 days before bank account freezing date
  • 2nd Notification:30 days before bank account freezing date

In case customers did not update their information within the 30 days, their bank account will be frozen


In case my account gets frozen, can I still update my information through digital channels?

Yes, you can update your account information digitally if it is related to account information or ID expiry date

What are the required documents to update my information?

There are no documents required to update your information through digital channels

I started updating my information through Albilad App; can I resume updating my information through Albilad Net?

No, the customers cannot resume updating their information at a later time or on a different channel

What are the steps to update my account information?

  • Log in via Albilad App or Albilad Net 
  • A notification will appear to the customers asking them to update their information
  • click on “update now”
  • The customers will be asked if they have a national address
  • In case the customers do not have a national address, they will be redirected to the National Address Page to register their national address.
  • The customers will continue filling out the Update Information form
  • An OTP will be sent to the customers for verification through SMS
  • click on “Submit” to submit the updated information
  • In case of successful submission, an SMS will be sent to the customers confirming that their information has been updated
