The new Enjaz self- service Machine is a self-service solution that will enable Enjaz customers to remit money internationally 24/7. Customers will have the option to pay their transfers amount whether by cash or mada card for all local banks without the need to visit the Enjaz center during working hours.

  • Having an active Enjaz membership (if you don’t, you can download Enjaz App and get your membership instantly by pressing on “Register”)
  • Having an active beneficiary (if you want to add new beneficiary, you can add from Enjaz App via Quick Access by Iqama number or ID number)

The maximum transferred amount per transaction is 11,000 SAR

What is the minimum transferred amount per transaction?

The minimum transferred amount per transaction is 50 SAR

What is the accepted denomination of riyals for cash transfer?

The denomination of 1 SAR, 5 SAR, 10 SAR, 50 SAR, 100 SAR and 500 SAR

What is the maximum transfer transaction per day?

The maximum transfer transaction per day is 10 transactions

Can I get the remaining amount in cash after paying the cash transfer?

Yes, you will be able to get the remain cash amount in cash, and if the cash amount is not available, a voucher will be printed with the remaining amount and claim it to the teller in order to receive the remaining amount in cash

What if my transaction is failed and the money is debited from my bank account?

What happens if the money is not credited to my beneficiary account?

NO, foreign currency exchanges can only be done at Teller counters within the branches
