  • The online shopping daily limit is similar to POS daily limit, and may vary from card type to card type

How can I change the daily limit for my mada card online shopping features?

Customers have the authority to modify daily online shopping limit through through Albilad net by following steps (Albilad Net → Cards → ATM cards → Daily limit adjustment). 


 Is there any fees on online shopping using my mada card?

We charge zero transaction costs when using Mada card, however Optional Issuer Fees (OIF) will be applicable at 2.50% on foreign currency transactions.


 How can I use my mada debit card for online shopping?

  • When you finish your shopping at any online store. Choose “Pay by mada” or “Pay by Visa” as your payment option
  • Fill in your Albilad mada debit card information
  • In case this is your first time shopping online, an OTP SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number. Fill in the OTP and then set up a unique password to be used in the future for all your online purchases

Is my online purchases considered within my POS purchases daily limit?
