How to redeem

Use your Visa Tamkeen Plus credit card or MADA debit card for international point of sale transactions and meet the minimum total purchase during the campaign period to be eligible for the offer.

Terms and conditions

• The offer is valid from July 09, 2025 until August 11, 2025.
  
• The offer applies to all purchase transactions made internationally through point of sale terminals only.
  
• Eligible customers must meet the minimum spending threshold with their Visa Tamkeen Plus credit card or MADA cards during travel to earn cashback on all international point of sale transactions. Cashback is capped per customer.
  
• The offer is valid once per customer, regardless of the number of cards.
  
• Eligible accounts will receive an SMS when the cashback is credited.
  
• The offer applies to Tamkeen Plus and Debit cards to customers who have been contacted via SMS only.
  
• Cashback will be deposited to the card account within 60 days after the end of the offer period 
  
• Card and account status must be active at the time of cashback deposit.
  
• Purchases made with MADA debit cards within the GCC will not be considered international transactions.
  
• Any potential complaints from eligible cardholders regarding the cashback amount will only be reviewed within 30 days after the cashback awarding period ends on October 20th, 2025. Any complaints submitted after this date will not be considered.
  
• Reversed and refunded transactions will not be counted as eligible transactions for cashback.
  
• Bank AlBilad has the right to stop or reverse the cashback amount if any fraud is discovered by any of the parties involved.
